General terms and interpretation

These General Bonus Terms govern all Marsbet promotions and bonuses. Where a Promotion has its own Promotional Specific Terms, those terms prevail over these General Terms in case of conflict. By participating in any Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms as they apply to you.

Eligibility and one offer policy

Offer eligibility is limited to one bonus per person, household, shared device, IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method, or account. If a shared computer or other identifiers indicate multiple accounts for the same person or entity, Marsbet may confiscate the bonus and any associated winnings. Employees and related parties are ineligible for offers. You must have a verified phone number and opt in to marketing communications where applicable. Self-exclusion during an offer excludes you from participation and bonuses during the exclusion period. Some payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility; if so, this will be stated in the Promotional Specific Terms.

Bonus funds, balances and conversions

Bonuses are credited to a dedicated Bonus Wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be used to place wagers in accordance with the wagering terms. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and may become real money only after meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Free spins are considered bonus assets and are subject to the same wagering framework.

Wagering requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the qualifying deposit and bonus must be wagered before a conversion to Real Balance occurs. Unless stated otherwise in the Promotional Specific Terms, casino welcome or new player bonuses have a wagering requirement of 25 times the sum of the qualifying deposit and the bonus granted. Sportsbook bonuses have a wagering requirement of 16 times the bonus amount. No deposit bonuses and other exceptions will set out their own requirements in the relevant terms. All winnings derived from wagering on a bonus are subject to these requirements prior to withdrawal.

Game contributions toward wagering

Contributions toward wagering vary by game type and by promotion. In general, Slots and Keno contribute 100%, while most Table and Card Games, Video Poker, Craps and Live Casino/Jackpot play are 0% toward wagering. Some games may be excluded entirely during an active bonus. A defined list of games may be restricted or carry zero contribution, and certain games cannot be played while a casino bonus is active.

Wagering order and play flow

When a bonus is active, bets are funded from your Real Balance first. If the Real Balance is exhausted, wagers are funded from the Bonus Balance. Any winnings from a bet funded by bonus funds are added to the Real Balance, while the remaining bonus portion is carried as bonus. If a bet with bonus funds exceeds the maximum allowed stake or is placed on a game excluded from bonuses, the portion beyond the limit may be counted toward the Real Balance and will not count toward the wagering requirement. Only one casino bonus can be active at a time; fulfilling the wagering requirements for the current bonus may convert remaining bonus funds and winnings into Real Balance before a new bonus becomes active. For sportsbook, only one bonus can be active at a time; once wagering is complete, progress resets toward the next eligible bonus when activated.

Time limits, expiry and claim windows

Bonuses have defined validity periods. In most cases, bonuses must be wagered within the period specified in the Promotional Specific Terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated window, the bonus balance and any associated winnings may be removed. Some promotions may indicate a different expiry, which will be detailed in their terms. A withdrawal request prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and related winnings.

Maximum stakes and betting controls during a bonus

During an active casino bonus, the maximum bet per spin is limited to the value specified in the Promotional Specific Terms or, where not specified, to a reasonable cap such as five euros or equivalent in the customer’s currency. This cap applies to standard play and any use of double-up or gamble features. Violations may invalidate the bonus and lead to account action.

Free spins, no-deposit offers and cashout limits

No-deposit bonuses and free spins may include explicit cashout limits. If winnings exceed the limit, excess amounts are deducted on withdrawal. If a deposit is subsequently made, the cashout limit may adjust upward by the amount of the deposit. A no-deposit offer may require at least one real-money deposit to satisfy eligibility or KYC requirements. Bonuses and any associated winnings may be forfeited if withdrawal is attempted before fulfilling wagering obligations.

Deposits, withdrawals and forfeiture

If you make a new deposit while an active bonus is present, the active bonus may be forfeited. You may withdraw your original deposit at any time, subject to verification checks. If you withdraw the deposited amount before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any related winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus abuse and enforcement

Bonus abuse includes delaying rounds to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, collusion, exploiting software faults, or other prohibited practices. If abuse is suspected, Marsbet may revoke or cancel bonuses and winnings, block accounts, or take other appropriate actions. Affected players may be barred from future promotions. The list of abusive behaviours is not exhaustive and may include, but is not limited to, masking IP addresses, attempting to manipulate outcomes, and engaging in illegal activity in relation to promotions.

Multiple promotions and interaction between offers

Only one active bonus may exist at a time within the casino or sportsbook programs. If a player holds several promotions, wagering may count toward the current active bonus until it is completed, after which promotion progress may be redirected to the next eligible bonus upon activation.

Changes, governing law and dispute resolution

Marsbet reserves the right to amend bonus terms at any time. Where applicable, the governing law is specified in the Promotional Specific Terms; in the absence of such specification, the laws of Malta apply. If there is any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails. For any dispute arising from bonuses, players should refer to Marsbet’s standard dispute resolution process and applicable regulatory requirements.
